Interactive Tours
360 virtual reality tours are a great way to show off your properties, giving potential customers an in-depth and interactive view without the need for a visit. Unlike traditional ‘virtual walk-through’ technology, a VR tour is a fully immersive experience, allowing a user to navigate and explore the space as if they were actually there.
Key information about the property and it’s facilities can be displayed as the user navigates from room to room and our software features the ability to zoom out for a unique 3D floor plan of the building, giving the customer an accurate feel for the size and layout.
Our tours work on a wide range of devices and browsers, including PCs, tablets and mobiles, but can create a more immersive experience when used in conjunction with our Cardboard VR Headsets.
Examples
For examples of our 360 virtual reality tours, please see below. To start one of the tours, simply click on the ‘Play’ button and it will begin to load. You can look around the 360 view by simply holding the left mouse button down and moving it; for mobile or tablet users, the same can be achieved by holding your finger on the screen and moving it around.
To move from one area to the next, simply click or tap the small circles on the floor or in the direction you wish to go. To enter full screen mode simply click the ‘view full screen’ option in the bottom right hand part of the screen; to exit this, press escape on your keyboard or back in your browser.
